Nickel-based alloy powder suitable for spray welding of glass molds

Our company produces glass mold welding powder using gas atomization, resulting in more spherical powder with better flowability. Currently, our glass mold welding powder can be categorized by processing method into oxyacetylene welding powder and plasma welding powder. We have already produced welding powders covering the entire set of glass molds, with hardness ranging from HRC20 to 43. For example, welding powder with a hardness of around HRC20-25 is needed for welding large surfaces, and welding powder with a hardness of around HRC40-43 is needed for punches. The glass mold welding powder produced in our factory has low hardness, good ductility, and after fine grinding, it is free of pinholes, bubbles, and other defects.
