Standard Particle Sizes: -100/+325 mesh, -150/+325 mesh, -300/+400 mesh, -300/+500 mesh (custom particle size ranges available).

    Product Performance and Applications:

    1. Produced via water atomization, the powder features good sphericity and uniform flowability;
    2. Ni60CuMo is based on Ni60A with the addition of 3% Cu and 3% Mo; the added Cu facilitates the formation of a passivation film in low-concentration sulfuric acid environments, while the added Mo provides resistance to corrosion from low-concentration chloride ions;
    3. The addition of Mo also enhances high-temperature oxidation resistance, allowing Ni60CuMo to operate at higher temperatures than Ni60—up to a maximum service temperature of 600°C;
    4. It outperforms Ni60A in resisting high-temperature oxidation and corrosion from low-concentration sulfuric acid;
    5. In sulfur-containing environments, the added Mo reacts with sulfur to form molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂), which improves lubrication and reduces the coefficient of friction;
    6. Commonly used for high-temperature, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant coatings;
